The 1-1/2-inch TUUBER air admittance valve features NPT threads, and approved thread sealant must be used on the threads of the valve. The valve fits 1-1/2-inch piping and has two seals, providing 2x the superior sealing capability. It also has a triple flow passage that is ultra-sensitive to pressure changes, automatically opening on system vacuum pressure to allow air in and closing by gravity with dual seal protection capability.
